HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED?
After an order has shipped, from Your Orders, you can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.
To track your package:
Go to Your Orders.
Go to the order you want to track.
Click Track Package next to your order (if shipped separately).
Note:
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery. To see estimated shipping times for your region, go to Global Shipping Times.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
Within 36 hours of expected delivery
Verify the shipping address
Look for a notice of attempted delivery
Look around the delivery location for your package
See if someone else accepted the delivery
Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
